Our Cabinet Painting Process
We begin by removing hardware and taking doors and drawers to our offsite spray shop for a factory-finish. Onsite, we cover floors with resin paper, mask as needed, and create a containment area to protect your home. An exhaust system is implemented to draw fumes outside, keeping the air as clean as possible. All surfaces are degreased, sanded, and primed with a high-quality oil-based primer to block stains and ensure adhesion. Finally, we apply Sherwin-Williams' top-of-the-line Emerald Urethane Enamel, delivering a durable, smooth, and professional finish.
